In the dissertation frequency of registration and character of displays a syndrome not differentiated dysplasia of connective tissue at children with the recurrent bronchitis are investigated. The particularities of the course of recurrent bronchitis in children with not differentiated dysplasia of connective tissue are analyzed. The immunological status and indices of oxyproline excretion in urine during the period of exacerbation of recurrent bronchitis, as well as the character of interactions between these results depending on the degree of connective tissue dysplasia, are investigated. The scientific substantiation is presented and the efficacy of inclusion of anti-inflammatory drug Erespal (fenspiridum) in the management procedures of the treatment of exacerbation phase of recurrent bronchitis in children with signs of not differentiated dysplasia of connective tissue.
