Uhnal’ L. Role of the correction of haemodynamics violations in the mother - placenta - fetus system during the complex treatment of placental insufficiency of pregnant women with preeclampsia

Object - state of haemodynamics and fetoplacental complex for healthy pregnant and pregnant with placenta insufficiency (PI) which developed on a background preeclampsia; methods – clinical, sonographic, dopplermetric, cardiocurrentgraphical, immunofermentical analysis of level of hormones of fetoplat-sental complex and atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP), mathemat-ical and statistical; novelty - is shown close connection between central and placental-fetal haemodynamics at healthy and sick preeclampsia of pregnant and negative influencing of violations of central haemodynamics at preeclampsia on a blood stream in the system uterine-placental-fetal; the role of ANP is first shown yak of humoral factor of adjusting of placental-fetal blood stream due to his arterioledilatation capabilities; the method of the complex pathogenetic grounded treatment of PI is developed, that developed on a background preeclampsia, with application of indutsirovanogo redistribution in blood in an organism; results – perinatalmorbidity and death rate is reduced at pregnant with PI, which developed on a background preeclampsia; branch – medicine
