Tseluyko V. Deetatization of military sphere by the non-state armed formings in the modern world

The object – relationship between state and society in military sphere. The aim – complex analysis of military sphere deetatization. Methods – structural and functional, historic, comparative, genetic etc. Theoretical and practical results – theoretic and applied aspects of military sphere deetatization in World and Ukraine have been explicated, directions for state structure optimization have been suggested. Novelty – term of non-state armed formings, their typologisation and term of military sphere deetatization has been introduced, index of threat of state from the direction of non-state actors and directions of state transformation under influence by new threats has been added. Practical application – working out directions of reform of state power structures, preparing educational courses. Sphere of use – activity of power structures, political and public organizations.
