Essay

The object – marginality as socio-political phenomenon. The aim – analysis of political and ethnic- cultural marginality influence on post-soviet Ukraine's political space transformation. Methods – mental-cultural, structurally functional, etc. Theoretical and practical results – theoretical and applied aspects of political and ethnic - cultural marginality influence in Ukraine as well as a strategy to solve the problem of mass marginalization have been proposed. Novelty – political and ethnic-cultural marginality in their system unity has been shown as well as main forms of political and ethnic-cultural marginality manifestations have been found out; it has been proved that political marginality has significant influence on formation of new political relations, recommendations as to marginalization processes management in the country under reformation has been proposed. Practical application – proposals as to marginal groups' participation in political life of the society, use in preparation of political science curricula. Sphere of use – authorities and public activities.
