The thesis deals with the research and substantiation of theoretical principles of obligations that arise from the wrong-done the minors. The concept, the typology and the content of the obligations have been analysed here. Considerable attention has been paid to the general characteristic of obligations that arise from the wrong caused by the minors as well as ther place in the system of obligations. The peculiarities of the obligations subjects as results of the wrong-doing as well as the specific conditions of their emergence have been analysed. Specifically the categories of unlawful conduct of parents as well as the reasons of appearance of the obligations, the concept and the contents of parents' and other persons' guilt as to the wrong-done by the minors are analysed in detail. The propositions as to the improvement of norms in legislation in force and coordination of the provisions of Civil Code of Ukraine and family legislation of Ukraine have been formulated."
