Mishchenko І. Civil contracts in the customs affair of Ukraine.

The dissertation is devoted complex research of the civil agreements concluded in the customs affair of Ukraine, their specifics and features. For the first time on scientific level the analysis of the contractual relations of the subjects of the customs affair is organized. On the basis of the analysis of legislative positions the range of civil contracts concluded by the subjects of the customs affair of Ukraine for realization separate elements of customs affair, such as customs control, customs registration, customs procedure is defined. Classification of such contracts is also conducted in the dissertation. The specifics of the subjects, contents, order of conclusion and execution all the contracts in the customs affair caused by dual legal regulation - with norms of Civil and Customs Law are also analyzed. On the grounds of positions and conclusions of the dissertation the number of the suggestions are made in relation to the revision and improvement provisions of Civil and Custom legislation ofUkraine.
