Matviychuk L. Features of pollution by industrial substances at main territories of the Volynsk area.

A wide range of problems concerning scattering and accumulation of heavy chemical elements in soil and plant covering about motor highways of Volyn region are under study in this thesis. It was found out rules of distribution of chemical elements in the soil and plant covering about motor highways' territories as a result of landscape and geochemical analysis. The detailed analysis of different pieces of highways by taking into consideration hypsometry, configuration, layout was given. It forms the basis of detecting general rules of heavy chemical elements distribution, calculating of probable concentration of plumbum in soils of motor highways' territories, making correlation of plumbum contents indices in NTC, working out concrete proposals concerning improvement of ecological situation of motor highways' territories.
