Scientific work is devoted to the decreasing of perinatal pathology frequency at women with cephalopelvic disproportion on the basis of technique development of prognostic and diagnostic actions' optimization with use of an ultrasound pelvimetry during pregnancy and in labor. The ultrasound pelvimetry informative opportunities in forecasting and diagnostics of clinical disproportion were analyzed at women with risk factors of cephalopelvic disproportion. Math values of the prognostic fetal-pelvic indexes during pregnancy and in labor were developed. It had proved their high self-descriptiveness in forecasting and diagnostics of clinical disharmony that was allowed to prove scientifically the complex of the diagnostic actions referred on decreasing of maternal and perinatal pathology frequency at women with cephalopelvic disproportion. The estimated scale of risk factors of cephalopelvic disproportion was perfected and introduced for the efficiency rising of antenatal revealing of pregnant women with these risk factors.
