Syvak O. Manpower policy and its role in reformation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The dissertation reviews a dynamics of changes and improvement of manpower policy, the realization of which plays a vital part in reformation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The dissertation reviews improvement of the system of the higher military education, it is covered a process of integration of the military and civil system of education, which allowed to involve in preparation of military specialists powerful educational-material base, highly skilled magistral composition of civil educational institution. Stability of manpower composition, increase of image of military service secured by the constantly improvement system of the social and legal defense of servicemen, in particular those, who was released from the military service.
