An object is the processes of power transformation of electromagnetic radiation of optical range in biological tissue; a purpose is the increase of efficiency of determination of dose of laser radiation; methods are the theories of transference of radiation, opticians scattering, statistical; novelty - the method of adaptation of laser radiation is offered for therapy taking into account the functional state of biological object in the interval of time is given; results - the algorithm of management by power of laser radiation is developed, in-use in laser therapy, schematic realizations of the electromagnetic and optical modules of the system is offered for laser therapy; the system for laser therapy is inculcated in medical establishments; the sphere of the use is biological and medical devices and systems.
