Chumak A. Ethical codes in the context of sociocultural dynamics.

The dissertation research is devoted to the analysis of the ethical codex as the component of norm regulation, their effectiveness in the context of sociocultural dynamics. The author analyses the genesis and transformation of the substance of moral normcreativity from the first ancient codes in the pre-modern society to the modern forms of professional-moral jurisdiction. The precodex form of moral regulation is determined as natural morality with the ritual-mythologic-religious character of internal-practical normcrteativity. It is denoted the ancient normative-value documents of jurisdiction. One of the important aspects of the dissertation paper is connected with the role of individual-perfectionism self-realisation in the context of social moral. The modern form of ethical codification deals with the institutional-regulative form of moral argumentation. It is argued the effectiveness of the strategy of symbolic power by the readiness/expectations of the social capital to the constructive transformation.
