Vasylchenko O. Sources of Ukrainian Constitutional Law (systematic and functional analysis).

The dissertation is devoted to the study of selected problems of the system of sources of Ukrainian constitutional law, as well as the review and analysis of the fundamental provisions and controversial issues of this topic. The author covers in detail the appearance and development of the sources of Ukrainian constitutional law and suggests her own definition of a "source of constitutional law". The dissertation covers in detail the peculiarities of the system of sources of Ukrainian constitutional law as a whole and its components. It examines the prospects of further development of the system of sources of Ukrainian constitutional law. Based on the analysis of foreign constitutional practice, the author proposes her own concept of the draft law "On the Legal Acts of Ukraine".
