Object - a process of personality-oriented teaching of pupils in evening comprehensive school; goal - the determination, theoretical motivation and experimental check of the organizational and pedagogical conditions of personality-oriented teaching of pupils in evening comprehensive school, which will promote the increasing of the level their scholastic achievements and of the development of the personality quality; methods - theoretical analysis, pedagogical experiment, diagnostic, research, questionnaires, conversations, observations, mathematical processing of the data; novelty - the organizational and pedagogical conditions of personality-oriented teaching of pupils in evening comprehensive school for the first time are determined and theoretically motivated; their positive influence upon speaker of the qualitative factors of the scholastic activity and shaping of the personality quality of pupils is realized; the scheme of the realization of personality-oriented teaching in evening school, which is based on the interaction of the teacher and pupil as equal subject of this process, is designed; results - introduction of conclusions and recommendations into the teaching process; the elaboration of the lecture and seminare-practical works; usage of materials of dissertation during the organization of the future teachers' practice and in the process of the post-graduated education; speciality - theory of the education.
