Piven' V. "Individual style of Svytoslav Hordynsky's poetic works"

Parallelism of S. Hordynsky's creative development, one of a poet and an artist at the same time, determined the special literary manner he represented reality, which had as its basis the poet's individual word-color perception, his poetic and artistic sensation of objects and phenomena. Harmonious combination of both extralingual and lingual factors, which influenced the formation of Hordynsky's individual style, is theoretically considered. The results provided by the analyses of Hordynsky's poetic style make it evident that he belongs to the best Ukrainian poets and certainly was an innovator of color signification in the Ukrainian literature of the 20th century.
