Mytsyk O. Competitive attitudes developement in the transforming economy of Ukraine

Competitive interaction processes between economic subjects in market economy. The complex analysis of competitive attitudes essence on the basis of modern economic concepts, research of their place and a role in competitive environment in Ukraine formation, a substantiation of expediency and development of conceptual bases of the regulation mechanism of a competition between subjects who act the markets with elements of natural monopolies. Methods: dialectic approach; scientific abstraction; induction and deduction; comparative analysis; correlation-regression analysis. The author's definition of competitive attitudes as the dominating display form of production relations in conditions of market system which displays rivalry between economic subjects for the best conditions of use and access to industrial resources with the purpose of profit maximization and increase of the public status. It is proved the tight and significant relation between the Economic Freedom Index and macroeconomic efficiency ofeconomic system indexes. The basic directions of competitive behavior of enterprises forming, structurisation of ways to overcome the gap between critical level of equipment wear and absence of funds for its renovation were used.
