Economic relations, incident to the corporate sector of public production, that formed and develops in post-socialistic countries. A study of joint stock recreation features in transformational economy, evolution of its socio-economic nature, regularities of its structure changing, and basic ways of joint stock efficiency increase in the country's industrial complex. Methods: dialectical, historical, institutionalism and Marxism, dialectical and abstractly logical, statistical methods, econometrical methods. It was investigated the problems of joint stock recreation on the modern stage of formation and development of joint-stock companies in view of Ukrainian economy transformation in the aspect of equity market development modern tendencies. It was realized features analysis of property realization economic forms structure. It was developed the financing mechanism of joint stock extended recreation on the basis of such instruments, as actions, bonds, warrants which play an important role in functioning of integrated corporative structures. It was improved the tool of researches concerning the leading role of absorptions in the system of mechanisms which forms joint stock efficiency, and also banks participation in the process of property redistribution.
