A research object is the algorithm of the virology diagnostics of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS); serum layer to Наntan viruses among sick and healthy people, rodents-reservoirs on territories endemic to HFRS; aim:on the basis of application of complex of modern serum and molecular-genetic methods of the virology diagnostics of HFRS scientifically substantiate the approaches to organization of laboratory part of the natural foci monitoring of Наntan infections as base for the control after these diseases; research methods - serological: enzyme immunoassay, immunochromatographic analysis; molecular-genetic - polymerase chain reaction (PCR); epidemiological: descriptive&estimative, analytical, mapping, statistical receptions; Virology research of problem of hantavirus infections was conducted in western Ukraine among unknown fever states patients and healthy population by ELISE and immunochromatographic analysis, and PCR methods of diagnostics. The exposure of rodents was studied and antigens to the Наntaan species were found in Ароdеmus agrаrіus by ELISE. Dоbravа/Веlgrаde virus was found in Ароdеmus agrаrіus by PCR detection of genome that testifies to interspecies transition of agent, for which Ароdеmus flavicollis was the known reservoir only. High specific case rate of hantaviruses as reasons of the fever states of the unknown etiology of infectious diseases is exposed in (24,2±1,6) % patients both in monoinfection and combining by the Наntaan and Рuumala. The HFRS cases at patients that are unidentified to the species testify to circulation of the other of hantavirus species. The serological monitoring of different landscape districts of Transcarpathian population testifies to the unevenness of the distribution of hantaviruses species and realized high risks of defeat by them of the combined population. The increase of new cases to the Наntaan and Рuumala testifies to activity of the HFRS natural foci and necessity of organization of virology diagnostics for verification of seasonal feverson endemic territories. Developed algorithm of hantaviruses infections on endemic territories. novelty - the adequacy of choice of the laboratory diagnostics methods is appraised for of Наntan infections monitoring with the purpose of introduction to the network of medical- virology diagnostics on the stage of epizootic, hospital, cohort control of distribution of prophylactic establishments depending on the levels grant of the medical-prophylactic servers to the population. The high level of activity of the HFRS natural foci is set in the West Ukrainian region, that shows up with considerable level of affected population in Transcarpathian and Volyn regions by Наntan viruses. Risk territories for this infection are exposed. The immunological structure of the combined population which lives on endemic territories was set firstly, by conducting the serologically-epidemiological monitoring at cohort study. The prevalence HFRS in the structure of the fever states patients caused by mono- and combining infections with different types of Наntan viruses are defined. The correlation of circulation of HFRS agents according to different landscape-geographical areas is set. The infecting of rodents-reservoirs by the Hantaan and Dobrava/Belgrade viruses is exposed. A field-mouse (Apodemus agrarius) appeared, by PCR, to be staggered by both types of viruses. That testifies to the interspecies transmission of Dobrava/Belgrade, for which until now only a Apodemus flavicollis was considered a possible reservoir. The algorithm of the virology HFRS diagnostics is developed with the account of levels of granting to the population of medical- prophylactic servers; branch is a virology.
