Essay

1. Object of research: process of thin and superthin grinding of powder materials at the high-voltage impuls electric discharge in the discharge camera. 2. The purpose of work: development and a scientific substantiation of parameters of the discharge camera of the electric discharge devices promoting intensive operated cavitation influence on a material at thin and superthin grinding of hard powder materials. 3. Methods of research and the equipment: physical and mathematical modeling, methods of planning of experiment. 4. Theoretical and practical results: conditions of a cavitation occurrence in a liquid are specified at the electric discharge; the perspective design of the discharge camera is developed. 5. Novelty: hydromechanical process of grinding is in common considered at the high-voltage pulse electric discharge in the discharge camera and dynamics of cavitation cavities movement as a non-stationary regional problem with a mobile border; kinetic dependence of quantity of a large class of particles of powder materials of different hardness on duration of electric discharge grinding is researched; new way and devices for chemical raw material grinding is developed. 6. A degree of introduction: the design procedure of parameters of installation for grinding is entered at The Institute of geotechnical mechanics, National Academy of Science of Ukraine and at the enterprise of Open Company "Alit". 7. Sphere (area) of use: chemical manufacture, mountain manufacture.
