Omar M. Features of planning of habitation for the people of superannuated and invalids (on the example of countries of Al'-Sham)

Dissertation is devoted for questions on the improvement of architectural-planning decisions of the specialized habitation for the persons of superannuated and invalids. The analysis of experience of front-rank countries and real situation is conducted in dissertation, that was folded in the countries of Al'-Sham. Factors that have influence on forming of specialized habitation in countries of Al'-Sham are studied. Recommendations on planning of habitation for the people of superannuated in a warm and dry climate are formulated. The Basic receptions in forming of architectural environment for the little mobile groups of population are identified. Typology of the specialized habitation for the people of superannuated is generalized. It is shown that most perspective are the housings special complexes and territorial complexes.
