Object - primary dysmenorrhea and first extra-uterine pregnancy at dysmenorrhea; methods – questionnaire-anamnesises, clinical, vehicle, immune-enzyme analysis, mathematically-statistical; a novelty - is first set intercommunication of functional violations of the reproductive system on the type of primary dysmenorrhea with the first extra-uterine pregnancy; maintenance of estradiola and progesterona is first certain, prostaglandins F2alfa and Е2 in a periovular period at these pathological states, the analysis of connections of correlations is conducted between the concentration of the noted hormones and descriptions of uterine reduction; an noninvasive ultrasonic method is first applied for the study of features of reductions of metritis for women with dysmenorrhea and extra-uterine pregnancy; first functional descriptions of menstrual cycle are complex studied at functional dysmenorrhea; the model of individual prognostication of origin of the first extra-uterine pregnancy is first worked for women with the different degrees of dysmenorrhea; results – the method of prognostication and correction of functional dysmenorrhea is developed on the basis of study of etiopathogenetic variants of its flow and differential approaches to diagnostics; branch – medicine
