Ryndyuk V. Legislative technique: notion, forms, types and implementation in Ukraine.

The thesis researches the place of legislative technique as a type of juridical technique in legal reality. The author's definition of the notion of "legislative technique" is formulated its substance, forms, types interrelations with related happenings in social life, in particular such as legislative technology, legislative policy are studied; the state of legislative regulation and implementation of legislative technique in Ukraine are analyzed; the key ways of improving thereof are determined. The author substantiates the concept that the legislative technique is an indispensable means of legislative activity of the state apparatus in working out juridical norms in the form of legal provisions of legislative acts with the aim to establish an adequate law and order in society.
