Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the new decision of task of geometrical design of kinematics curve which characterizes motion of working organ of machine for interfusion of dough of planetary type. These researches are conducted by the purpose of exposure of rational values of parameters of planetary mechanism that would provide introduction of rational charts of machine for interfusion of dough. In the process of work results which have a scientific and practical value were got. It is needed to take to the main results: developed method of description of trajectory of motion of working organ of mixer at planetary motion equalizations in a parametric kind, developed charts of work of mechanisms of mixers of levers for the cases of motion of drive link in obedience to equalizations of epi- and gipocicloids, when initial sizes (parameters of sizes of chart) change in the set borders. The graphs of distributing of power descriptions of mechanisms are also built in obedience to set charts and the method of analysis of efficiency of interfusion due to application of surface of interfusion is developed.
