The Dissertation is devoted to the eperimentally-theoretical substantiation of character of toxic action of plant growth regulatos [PGR] - derivatives of oxide-N-pyridine at acute and chronic intoxications, dependence "dose-time-efect", to criterion meaningfulness of exposed effects at estimations of their harmful action. The regression equations for prediction of acute toxicity of derivatives of pyridine and oxide-N-pyridine are offered. The method of determination of acute toxicity of xenobiotics on the infusoria and extrapolations of findings on animals are improved.
