Was got a new data epidemiology of trichinelosis of animals and humans in Ukraine during last fifteen years. Analyzed the flashes of fire of trichinelosis. Studied changes the epidemiology process of trichinelosis among domesticals animals and humans. It has been established dangers zones of trichinelosis which include are Myckolaiv Region Oblast, Odessa Region Oblast, Kirovograd Region Oblast, Dnipropetrovsk Region Oblast, Khmelnitck Region Oblast, Kiev Region Oblast.
