The thesis is devoted to the issues of pathogenesis' peculiarities of tinea pedis and toe onychomycoses in patients simultaneously suffering from diabetes mellitus and oncological diseases and to the problem of improvement of the treatment of such patients. Significant prevalence of tinea pedis and onychomycoses was found among patients with diabetes mellitus and oncological diseases. Quality of life related to toe onychomycoses was studied. Sparing method of combined toe onychomycoses treatment was introduced in patients suffering from onychomycosis, tinea pedis and diabetes mellitus simultaneously. Invented treatment method is proposed for use in patients with onychomycosis, who suffer from oncological disease. Method of early diagnosis of lack of treatment efficacy was proposed. Use of proposed diagnostic method allows to suspect lack of treatment efficacy after 6-7 weeks of treatment.
