Dissertation is devoted to interaction of norms of civil and family legislation at regulation of fam-ily relations. It is researched basis of use of norms of civil legislation to family law relations, which is subsidi-ary use and analogy in the scientific work. Determination of subsidiary use and it object is formulated. Sphere of application of civil legislation to family relations is determined. Comparative analysis of norms of Civil and Family Codes about methods of defense of rights and interests is carried out. The important place in dissertation is given to questions of use of common civil constructions of Property Law in Family Law. Possibility of use of civil-law methods of defense property law in family law is considered. Possibility of use of norms of civil legislation in the process of contractual regulation of family re-lations is analyzed, determination to "family-law contract" is given. Summits of family-law contract lib-erty is determined. It is formulated proposals for improvement of acting legislations.
