Yurah V. Financially legal basis of insurance in Ukraine

In this dissertation we deal with investigation of the legal character of insurance, like social phenomenon, which on the one hand functions like the element of financial system of the country, and on the other hand like a mechanism of citizens defense from negative consequences of definite unforeseeable events. At the same time here is viewed the financially legal aspect .In dissertation is determined the idea of insurance from the point of view of financial law, here is also given historically legal analysis, formation of financially legal regulations of insurance activity, and there is also interpretation of financially legal relations which had appeared in the sphere of insurance. The financially legal regimes of existed forms of insurance are reflected here as well. In the process of research, the insurance is viewed like an important function of the state. It plays an important part in the rise of social defense of the population, and provides financial stability of the state. Here are also disclosed the disadvantages in the sphere of legal regulations, and are given the proposals towards active legislation.7452
