Essay

The dissertation is the first complex research in Ukraine on the information-legal-basis of the safety at sea. The concept and legal frameworks of existence of legal relations in safety at sea are being determined in this work. The legal nature and content of “law-technical norms” are explored. The maintenance of concept "information-legal supply" connected with search and rescue on the sea is defined. Classification of information-legal norms in safety at see is expounded. Considering the complex analysis of national law acts of safety at sea the conclusions and proposals concerning the improvement of the legislation of Ukraine, which regulates the organization and conduction of search and rescue at sea are formulated.7452
