Satsyuk O. The peculiarities of formation and developement of conceptual apparatus of public administration

The object is the conceptual apparatus of public administration of Ukraine. The objective is to show the peculiarities of formation and developement of conceptual apparatus of public administration in Ukraine, the necessity and ways of its improvement. The methods are system approach, continuous selection, analysis of juridical basis, arithmetical, component analysis, oppositive analysis, synthagmatic analysis, historical. The newness is that the peculiarities of formation of conceptual apparatus of public administration in Ukraine in the process of adaptation of terms of Latin and Greek origin in public-administrative activity are investigated. The results are that the basic tendencies of developement of conceptual apparatus of public administration in the terms of Latin and Greek origin are analyzed, the unsolved problems of using these terms by public employees are shown; the ways of improvement of conceptual apparatus of public administration by elaboration of recommendations on using of terms of Latin and Greek origin in speech and written explanatory texts are proposed.
