Essay

The thesis is devoted to highly effective methods of compression of single and multichannel electrocardiograms signals for monitor telemedical systems The method of single channel electrocardiogram signal compression based on efficiency and quality criterions is developed in the work. The parametrical model of the electrocardiogram signal, based on "diagnostability" criterions of the signal is offered. With use of the offered model the method of a long term prediction of the electrocardiogram signal based on the beat codebook is advanced. The method of compression of a multichannel electrocardiogram signal with its preliminary transformation to statistically independent components with dimension reduction of initial data is offered. The number of a decomposition component of a multichannel electrocardiogram signal is determined. The experimental research of the offered methods is executed and experimental dependences of a restoring distortion from compression efficiency of the offered methods are constructed.
