Yakovenko K. A female-director’s management activity arrangement at an industrial enterprise

Research object: enterprise staff management process with accounting for gender aspect; the goal: further development of theoretical statements, methodical approaches and scientific-practical recommendations due to organization of management activity of female-directors enrolled in enterprise administration; research methods and facilities: theoretical generalization methods, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, economic-statistical methods (multidimensional factor analysis), the casting, expert and system approach methods, visual-graphic methods; theoretical and practical results: improved: methodical approach due to staff management style choosing, working females casting, organization technology of management of female-officials career growth on an enterprise; obtained further development: staff management principles, methodical approach of casting organization regarding to correspondence of managers’ qualifications to those needed for administrator in two branches: business and private;practical merit of obtained results consists in application in management process with the aid of mean level managers’ activity increasing due to adequate styles of staff management implementation, career growth organization and adequate estimation of managers’ qualification and its correspondence to needed one for occupied position; object and implementation level: results obtained are implemented in working practice of HF LTD “Polissia-Vtorcolourmet” and LTD “Center of Management Technologies”; implementation area: staff management in processing industry.
