Essay

The dissertation is concerned with the study of self-realization dynamics during primary school period. The main theoretical approaches toward the understanding of pupils' psychology of self-realization in the primary school are analyzed. The definition, levels, and factors of self-realization of primary school pupils were suggested. The experimental studies dealt with peculiarities of primary school pupils' self-realization; they proved the sensitivity of the analyzed age to self-realization; and singled out favorable psychological and pedagogical conditions to stimulate self-realization. There were suggested authoring applied model and appropriate program for stimulating primary school pupils by means of the art. The peculiarities of the content and dynamics of the self-realization of primary school pupils are empirically observed through the common artistic activities.
