The object: the system of managerial decision-making process on the enterprises of different patterns of ownership and legal forms. The purpose: elaboration of scientifically methodical approaches concerning rational managerial decision-making process, directed on achievement of stable development in the conditions of incomplete certainty in the system of enterprise management. Methods of research: abstractly logical, system estimation, generalization, comparison, grouping, graphic representation of data, mathematical design, prognostication.
