Essay

On the basis of complex investigation of 101 middle-aged patients who had developed an ischemic stroke, we established the hemispheric specificities of cerebral hemodynamics, morphometry and metabolism as well as their interrelations. In addition, we determined certain limiting and compensatory mechanisms within a system the brain morpho-functional status reorganization of in above study patients.
