Оbject - thermal injuries complicated and not complicated by development of urolithiasis; the purpose - to reduce frequency of development of urolithiasis at the patients who have transferred a heavy burned trauma, by application of early active surgical tactics; methods - laboratory, instrumental, roentgenologic, morphological, statistical; the novelty - is created the scheme of pathophysiological changes; are revealed basic diagnostic and prognostic criterions of development of urolithiasis at critically burns, is determined groups of risk of development of urolithiasis at burns of a III-IV degree, are investigated functional and biochemical infringements of uroexcretory system; the medical measures are developed both is created and the algorithm of medicamental prophylaxis of urolithiasis is scientifically proved at burns; The results - developed diagnostic and surgical system of treatment have allowed to reduce quantity of complications from the part of uroexcretory system by 11,66 %, to reduce quantity of development of urolithiasis by 7,33 % and to reduce term of stay in hospital of the patients in 2 times, is introduced - into medical practice, in educational process; area - medicine.
