Bogachov E. The prognosis and prophylaxis uterine bleedings at women with preeclampsia at operative delivery

Object - uterine hemorrhages after cesarean section in partu-rients with the preeclampsia; methods - clinical, immunoen-zyme, histological, electron-microscopic, ultra-sonographic, laboratory, statistical; the novelty - the first time shown that the disturbance of the contracting function of womb in women with preeclampsia it is connected with the microcirculatory disorders and hypoxia; is proven the direct dependence of indices KTG, of biophysical profile, placentography with the morphological changes in the placenta on the degree of gravity of preeclampsia; it is revealed, that in pregnant females with the preeclampsia is observed the progressive chronic DIC-syndrome with the phenomena of hypercoagulation directly proportional to the degree of gravity of gestosis. After the cesarean section, where the signs of coagulopathy are ob-served, the use of refortan is contraindicated, more effective is gelofuzin; the algorithm improved of therapeutic and prophylactic measures with training of pregnant females from the preeclampsia for delivery and the treatment of coagulopathy hemorrhages after cesarean section; results - are developed the methods of the preventive maintenance of uterine hemorrhages to and during the operation of cesarean section in women with the preeclampsia; branch – medicine
