Zoryna D. Constitutional foundations of national security of Ukraine.

The dissertation is devoted to the study of problems in constitutional law regulation and practice of ensuring national security in Ukraine. The work analyzes and generalizes on theoretical level the main approaches to understanding of "national security" concept, reveals its contentual characteristic and structural elementary composition. The basic factors are determined and analyzed that affect protection of national security. The author proposes his own definition of "national security insurance mechanism" and reveals its components. Special attention is paid to analysis of role and place of government bodies in national security protection mechanism. A set of conceptual theoretical conclusions is formulated as well as practical recommendations relating to improvement of incumbent legislation in the field of national security.
