The thesis is devoted to the problem of intensification and optimisation of the work of the system of multistage crystallization of sugar.The graphic model of technological scheme of sugar house at the sugar factory has been worked out. The general simulative model of the multistage crystallization process of sugar and the corresponding computer program have been worked out. Multicriterial task of the optimization of industrial crystallization of sugar has been built. On its basis there has been formed the onecriterial task with weight parameters for the definition of the best solution. The schemes of multistage of sugar with crystallization recirculation increase the outcome of sugar and decrease the amount of necessary stream in a vacuumpan.
