The research is devoted complex analysis to the of clinical, epidemiological, microbiological, immunologic and hormonal features of adults trichomycoses working out a therapy complex method with use of epilation agents for long and fluffy hair by new antifungous preparation Lamikon, and perforce by rational therapy of systemic antifungous. Their physical and chemical properties are investigated and study "in vitro" antifungal activity of preparation Lamikon is lead. During the immune status study depression of lymphocytes of the peripheral blood is marked indicative of the cellular immunity discordance and weakening of local immunity reaction owing to depression of an immunoglobulin A level. During a hormones level study of hypothalamo-hypophyso-thyroid system depression of thyroxin and rising of thyrotropine in the blood plasma is marked at 48,2 % persons. The research of hormones hypothalamo-hypophyso-gonadal system level is established the men's depression of testosterone and gonadotropin 86,6 %, and at women's - change of an expression of progesterone and estradiol 60 %. The method of microsporia patient's treatment with application of immunocorrelative preparation imunophan is offered, that it has allowed to raise the level of a clinical and etiological curability up to 93,3 %.
