Essay

Object of research is process single-screw extrusion for make of frothed polymers. In work developed mathematical models of the processes occurring in functional zones of extruder, and schedule the general mathematical model of process extrusion manufacturing of foam polymers in cylindrical system of coordinates with transformation Lagrange’s. The design procedure and the program for definition of parametres extrusion and geometry of screw are developed. Researches of influence of geometry screw on technological parametres of process. Experimentally defined rheology dependences for a composition melting polymer with foam extender.
