Dissertation is devoted development of basic directions of structural alteration of development of forestry complex of Ukraine, as pre-conditions of transition of industry on the ecologically balanced forms of menage. Generalization of scientifically-methodological principles of ekology-ekonomical estimation of forest resources is conducted in work, the place of forest resources is certain in a socioeconomic sphere and stabilizing of the naturally-economic systems. The rent forestry relations are expounded in the conditions of modernization of economy, essence of the rent forestry policy is exposed, the place of rent is shown in the system of cadastre estimation of different components of the forest, the concept of the rent profit is formulated at exploitation of forest resources. The analytical estimation of progress of forestry complex trends is resulted in the conditions of reformation of economy, formulated suggestion in relation to the improvement of scientifically-methodological principles of taxation in the field of forestry complex with the purpose of considerable increase of financial receipts due to payments for forest used.
