Tkachenko S. TDifferentiated approach to the treatment and prophylaxis of the acute puerperal pyelonephritis.

The dissertation is devoted to the diagnostics, pathogenetic treatment and prophylaxis of the acute puerperal pyelonephritis. The work is based upon the data obtained in the course of examination and treatment of 160 women with acute puerperal pyelonephritis and 92 pregnant women from the high risk group of the disease development. On the basis of examination data there were detected clinicoimmunological characteristics of the clinical course of different acute puerperal pyelonephritis forms. It was proposed to apply differentiated therapy, which involved the application of immunomodulators, immunocorrectors and detoxicatoion therapy. Reasoning from mathematical analysis of the disease symptoms, there were detected 14 most probable factors of the disease risk. On the basis of the proposed system of the disease risk forecasting there were detected 92 pregnant women with a high risk of pyelonephritis development in the puerperal period. The complex of preventive measures was applied to the patients, which helped to prevent the disease development in the puerperal period.
