It is first developed and scientifically proved in the dissertation structure of process of personalization for preparation of future military professionals; structure and components of personality of future military professionals; pedagogical conditions which are promoting in forming of personality of military specialties; criteria and levels of formed of personality of future military professionals are proposed; the method for diagnostics of levels of formed for personality is developed; it is developed and approved the model of personalization of preparation in the process of studies in higher military educational establishment. Research materials found the practical reflection in development and approbation of the special course „Bases of personality future military professionals”.
