Sinepupov N. Criterion of efficiency of the active methods detoxication in complex treatment of the patients on acute destructive pancreatitis

Object – acute destructive pancreatitis, aim – reduction of lethality and number of complications of acute destructive pancreatitis by means of development of new quantative criteria of severity degree estimation of endogenous intoxication and optimal combinations of active methods of detoxication; methods – clinical, laboratory, ultrasonic, endoscopic, X-ray, statistic; newelty – the role of lysosomal enzymes, medium molecules, oligopeptides toxicity in pathogenesis of acute destructive pancreatitis has been determined, quantative criteria of severity degree estimation of patients with acute destructive pancreatitis have been worked out, optimal combinations of active methods of detoxication and terms of their performing have been backgrounded and suggested; results – complex of medical measures worked out has given the opportunity to reduce a number of complications and lethality in acute destructive pancreatitis from 50% to 11.1%, it has been introduced into medical practice and studying process; sphere – medicine.
