Chernega A. Legal regulation of militia divisions' activity of Ukrainian SSR in 1956-1985.

In this dissertation there were researched completely legal regulation of militia divisions' activity of Ukrainian SSR in 1956-1985. On the basis of analytical and critical study the broad quantity sources, the home and foreign scientists' works, the practice summarizing, the new methodic approaches there were done the analysis norms of Constitution USSR and Ukrainian SSR, legislation acts about the legal status definition and the legality confirmation in the militia activity; opened the essence, content and form the government authorities by-laws about the regulation its law enforcement activity; conducted the legal analyst and the appraisal of guidelines the congresses CPUSSR and Communist Party Ukraine, its central comities resolutions, which directed to the improvement the work of law bodies enforcement; characterized the normal and legal provision of development process and confirmation principles of militia divisions' activity; researched the modification process in the system its central and local divisions and characterized the legal reason for the providing of directions, forms and methods the personal training; defined the main stages, contents and characteristics specialties of process the improvement of militia legal status and generalized results of legal regulation its activity in 1956-1985 in the context of scientifically and practice importance this dissertation.On the basis of conducted research there were formulated by the author suggestions about the improvement the legal basis function of militia divisions in the conditions building Ukrainian state.
