The dissertation is devote to evaluatіоn of levels of soluble markers of endothelial function and inflammation in young subjects with a family history of essential hypertension and in patients with essential hypertension, and assessment of influence of applicanion of omega-3 fatty acids and folic acid to antihypertensive treatment on markers of endothelial function and inflammation.
