Creation of Schemes of territorial planning, definite purpose and value of this kind of works in modern conditions is considered; new approaches to creation of Schemes of planning of territories with granting advantage of an ecological component are proved. The ecology-geographical analysis in the scheme of territorial planning is lead, its role and value is investigated. The Volynsk area as object of the ecology-geographical analysis for the purposes of territorial planning is investigated. Several aspects of the ecology-geographical analysis of territory of the Volynsk area are performed- the reproductive opportunity of territory and demographic capacity of territory. The schematic model of ecological skeleton of area is developed, and modes of use of territory are proved on its basis. Conceptual offers on creation of model of the ecology-focused development with respect to alterations in structure of an economic complex on the basis of an ecological skeleton are formulated. Efficiency of realizationof Schemes of planning of territory in modern conditions is proved.
