Bilochenko A. Clinico-pathogenetic substantiation of treatment nonspecific vulvovaginites at girls prepubertatis age.

The dissertation is devoted to a problem etiologi, patogenesis, diagnostics and treatments of inflammatory diseases of external genitals at girls prepubertatis age. It is revealed, that development and current vulvovaginites is closely connected with presence at children extragenitalis pathologies and children's infectious diseases. It is established, that in etiological spectrum of vulvovaginites at girls prepubertatis age plays a role increase of quantity indicators of pathogenic and is conditional-pathogenic microflora, mushrooms of sort Candida on a background of low concentration lactobacteria in all the age periods. Development of nonspecific vulvovaginites at girls prepubertatis age flows on a background сompromentation of local immunity of vagina and not accompanied oppressing of system immunity and fagocitation function. The received results of research cause development of methods of early diagnostics, dynamic supervision and treatment vulvovaginites at girls prepubertatis age with the obligatory account microbiological and imunologicals features of development of inflammatory process in the given age period, necessity of use for a complex of treatment vulvovaginites probiotics ("Simbiter-2").
