The work is devoted prognostication of natural delivery at pregnant with an uterus after a caesarian section in a lower segment a transverse section. It is set that in 81% cases of research of fabrics from the area of previous cut of uterus at patohistologic and biophysical research the kind and satisfactory state of renewal miometriyu is certain and only in 19% cases the rough sclerotic changes. It is set that the state of vaskulysation area of previous cut of uterus is a meaningful prognosticheskim criterion at the selection of pregnant with the operated uterus for possible births by natural ways. Taking into account prognosis criteria 31 pregnant with the uterus after previous caesarian section in a lower segment a transverse section of delivery through natural maternity ways.
