Koropchenko S. The development of the technological process of the selection of bast of hemps.

The object of the research is the process of hemp bast separation; the aim of the work is the creation of the technology of hemp bast separation from sowing hemp stems with the definite range of length and by the rationed sheaves maintenance. It has been based scientifically and proved experimentally that the technological process of bast separation which gives an opportunity to increase the effectiveness of hemp use by getting the clean bast of low prime price is worked out. The use of this process leads to the lowering of using expenses and shorten the terms of hemp straw processing; it brings to the lowering of labour expenditures and to the expansion of the sphere of its use. Optimal conditions of hemp straw processing for bast separation are determined. Factors which influence directly the efficiency of bast processing and its quality are set. The results of the tests were approved with positive results at VAT “Hlukhivtekhvolokno”. The spheres of the use are enterprises for primary processing.
